Elevator Wire Ropes Matching Precision Traction Sheave System

As shown in the picture, multiple steel wire ropes are neatly embedded into the grooved traction sheave. The rope diameter, lay pitch and surface hardness are precisely calibrated to fit the sheave grooves, which can maximize friction transmission force and prevent rope slipping during elevator acceleration, deceleration and load changes.
