Our factory is equipped with large‑scale advanced stranding & closing machines for steel wire rope production. These heavy‑duty production lines complete stranding, laying‑up and spooling processes in one continuous workflow.

Adopting precise twisting and lay‑length control technology, the equipment tightly arranges high‑tensile steel wires into strands, then assembles strands into finished wire ropes. Strict tension balance during production minimizes internal stress, delivering products with uniform structure, high breaking force and good fatigue resistance.
